THE OPEN LETTER OF “IMPERIAL” TO BRITISH EMPLOYERS
Dear Sirs / Madam
We are IMPERIAL, an international recruitment agency with representatives in whole Poland. We hold a valid license issued by the Polish Government: Ministry of Economy, Labour and Social Policy, and our name is in the official register of employment agencies maintained by the Ministry (register entry no. 392/1b).
We are the unique Polish recruitment agency, holding the UK Gangmaster License (reference nr URN: IMPE0001) which allow to supply workers to UK companies into the following industries: agriculture, forestry, horticulture, food processing and packaging.
We send Polish employees to work in Europre, in particular, we specialize in placements of Polish job seekers in various industries in the UK. Currently have a large number of English speaking, highly qualified in different branches such as: care assistant, driver, plumber, bricklayer, forklift driver, sales advisor and experienced hotel staff (mangers, chefs, waiters/bartenders, receptionists, porters, kitchen helpers, housekeepers) who are willing to relocate to work in the UK. In light of this we are writing to you to ask if you have any job vacancies that you would be willing to fill through us.
As part of our selection process, we apply the following basic criteria to select Polish job seekers for employment in the UK:
a. Language skills: basic to advanced English (we verify English fluency by requiring candidates to take a written test and pass an interview with a translator of English; we also accept a Certificate in Advanced English or Proficiency);
b. References: we carefully verify candidates’ references and professional background;
c. Criminal Record: each candidate must submit to us a statement issued by the Ministry of Justice showing no prior criminal convictions
d. Cultural Orientation: we provide each candidate with training on British business culture, tax law, and insurance.
For potential employers who select our services we offer two primary methods to get in touch with our candidates. One way is to meet our candidates in person. To that end we could arrange meetings for you with a number of potential employees here in Poland in recruitment office in Koszalin. Based on our experience, a face to face meeting is usually the best way for the employers to meet candidates personally and make selections. The other is to conduct a prescreening telephone interview with every candidate you are interested in. We organize everything by e-mail, fax and phone in this case.
To be able to select a group of candidates that we think most closely matches your needs we would need to receive the following information: location of employment, start date of employment, period of the employment, job description and duties, wages, accommodation costs, requirements (experience level, language skills needed).
If you whsh to get more info please contact us by email
at office@imperial.org. pl or by phone

Sincerely,
Bartosz Chojnacki
