We are international recruitment agency from Poland, specialize in recruitment of Polish workers,
and supply them to work in United Kingdom or other countries in EU.
Basically, how we operate:
1. Present to you CV ‘s of candidates for your analyze.
2. Arrange phone interviews if you wish so.
3. If you decide to offer an employment to our candidate you will be asked to issue and send to us Confirmation of Employment Letter.
4. Based on it we arrange a transport to UK.
We charge a placement fee per candidate supplied. For your safety - there is no payment in front!
Fees are payable in 30 days after arrival, based on invoice sent to you by e-mail.

We are the unique Polish recruitment agency, holding the UK Gangmaster License (reference nr URN: IMPE0001) which allow to supply workers to UK companies into the following industries: agriculture, forestry, horticulture, food processing and packaging.
We send Polish employees to work in United Kingdom and Ireland at number of 10 0000, provide English speaking, highly qualified in various branches: CARE ASSISTANTS AND NURSES (Polish candidates with good English and professional experience in industries like medicine, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, pedagogy, psychology), COOKS (Polish cooks, chefs with at least basic English and long-term restaurant experience in cooking), BUILDERS (Bricklayers, plasterers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers from Poland with years of professional experience), HOTEL STAFF (Polish waiters/waitresses, bartenders/barmaid, receptionists, housekeepers, kitchen porters with very good English and relevant professional experience), WAREHOUSE AND FACTORY WORKERS (Forklift operators, pickers, packers, loaders, production operatives, line workers, machine operators from Poland with minimum basic English and proper professional experience), DRIVERS (Polish class 1,2,3 and 4 drivers with international driving experience), BUTCHERS (Meat cutters, slaughterers, butchers from Poland with minimum 2 years professional experience), SEASONAL WORKERS (Polish students willing to work at UK farms as fruit pickers).
As part of our selection process, we apply the following basic criteria to select Polish job seekers for employment in the UK:
- Direct interview - based on our experience, a face to face meeting is usually the best way to know the candied, meet candidate’s personally and make the proper selections.
- Language skills - basic to advanced English, we verify English fluency by requiring candidates to take a written test and pass an interview with a translator of English; also accept Certificate in Advanced English or Proficiency
- References - carefully verify candidates references and professional background
- Criminal Recor - each candidate must submit to us a statement issued by the Ministry of Justice showing no prior criminal convictions
For potential employers who select our services we offer two primary methods to get in touch with our candidates:
- One way is to conduct a prescreening telephone interview with candidate you are interested in
- Other way is to meet our candidates in person. To that end we arrange meetings for you with a number of potential employees here in Poland in recruitment office in Koszalin.
To be able to select a group of candidates that we think most closely matches your needs we would need to receive the following information: location of employment, start date of employment, period of the employment, job description and duties, wages, accommodation costs, requirements (experience level, language skills needed).
